SMDC Shore 2 Residences is a resort-inspired residential community designed to bring a coastal lifestyle into the heart of Metro Manila.

The project forms part of a larger 9-hectare Shore development within the Mall of Asia Complex. The development is characterized by three luxury residential enclaves connected through elevated linear parks, creating a more cohesive and walkable community.

Its design emphasizes water, greenery and open spaces. The pools stretch across the amenity deck, creating a river-like visual experience, while landscaped gardens and multiple lounges provide areas for relaxation.
